Trivia Night

A message from the President: 

"Just a quick note to thank you all for making our Trivia Night last Saturday such a successful evening. I'm so grateful to the local groups that support us by buying tables, raffle tickets and bidding on the silent auction. We couldn't do it without you!

We had 176 people attending and raised just over $7,000 that will be directed toward local charities. The winning table, St Declans School asked for their $1,000 to be donated to the Redfern Jarjum School, a small school catering for underprivileged Aboriginal children aged between 4 - 13 years old. 

The random draw of $500 was won by one of our members, Helen Rae who asked for the funds to be donated to the Lions Nurses Scholarship Foundation.

Both charities have been paid today."
