Commercial Food Sites - these sites are 6x3 metres in size.
Not For Profit Sites - these sites are 3x3 metres in size and are NOT available in all locations.
Category Not For Profit sites are discounted for local community groups.
Location -There are five stall site areas within the festival and prices vary in each area.
Booking time - Early-bird (discounted) prices apply for sites booked and paid by 31 August .
Double site - Price is double the single site price.

Commercial Food sites are allocated to vendors that sell commercial foods, including ice cream, lunch meals, meal snacks and barbecue foods. More information HERE
Charity organisations and vendors selling jams, honey and spices are excluded from this category.
Local not-for-profit community group site prices are discounted. These groups may include local Scouts, Guides, School Associations and other local Not For Profit groups. More information HERE.
Fete stalls for hire - sized 2.4m x 2.4m and have bench tops on three sides. Please click HERE to see a photo.
Prices start from $130.00 and are on top of your site fee. Most stallholders bring their own weatherproof Gazebo.
Hired stalls are only available for selected sites located in Church Precinct, Oatley Avenue and Frederick Street.
Hired fete stalls will be erected and available for use from 8.30 am
Electrical power access is limited to selected sites in the Memorial Gardens (North and South Park), the Church Precinct and Oatley Avenue. Refer to the Festival Map for stall sites that have access to electrical power. Prices start from $50.00
Power access is not available for Frederick Street
Please ensure your power requirements are recorded on your application, particularly for 15 Amp access.
Power generators are not permitted unless authorised by the Festival Committee.
