About our Market Day

About our Community Market Day

Oatley Lions has decided it's time to try and "reconnect the community", hence our decision to hold our inaugural Community Market Day.

This is a chance for our community groups to get out and meet the locals and promote their activities in a friendly, COVID safe environment. Food will be available, courtesy of the Oatley Lions BBQ team and the Uniting Church cafe. I'm sure you'll find a bargain at our book, cake, garden and trash and treasure stalls. Kogarah Concert Band will provide a saxophone quartet for our enjoyment from 10am.

Community groups attending will be: Oatley Heritage and Historical Society, Oatley Flora and Fauna, Oatley Writers Group,  Hurstville Rotary, CWA, Jubilee Community Services, St George Men's Shed, Oatley Bay Scouts, Knit2gether and Georges River Council.

Books / CDs / DVDs

We are keen to accept novels and children's books in good condition. Any DVDs or CDs will be gladly accepted too. They can be dropped off at the church between 4pm and 7pm on Friday 16th April.

Garden Stall

We are happy to accept ceramic pots and especially keen to find any unwanted garden tools in a reasonable condition. They can also be dropped off at the church between 4pm and 7pm on Friday 16th April.

We really look forward to seeing you on the day!
