We have three broad categories of Stalls. If you would like to book a stall, please click HERE.

Standard Stalls

These sites are 3x3 metres in size. Some sites have power access which may be requested as an optional extra. Quotas apply to stall holders who sell similar products. These are the sort of Products that are offered at Standard Stalls:

• Art / Sculptures, Candle / Wax Products, Cosmetics, Clothing, Clothing accessories and Jewellery, Giftware, Health, Recycled Goods, Toys / Games
• Processed food products (commercial), Other food products (eg honey, confectionery, preserves)

Commercial Food Stalls

These sites are 6x3 metres in size. Commercial Food Stalls include commercial vendors who prepare commercial snack foods and prepared food products. Not-for-profit community or charitable organisations, schools or church groups are excluded. These are the sort of Products that are offered at Commercial Food Stalls:

• Chicken, Hamburgers, Sausages, Sweet Corn
• Chinese, Greek, Italian, Turkish
• Cakes, Coffee, Drinks, Fairy Floss, Ice Cream, Pancakes, Preserves, Sno Cones, Waffles

Not For Profit Stalls

These sites are 3x3 metres in size and are NOT available in all locations. Community Groups may be eligible for a discount for their stall site. These groups may include local Scouts, Guides, Oatley Heritage Group, School Associations and other local Not-For-Profit groups. Please click HERE to see some photos from previous Festivals
