Face Masks
WASHABLE FABRIC FACE MASK
A Community Project by the Lions Club of Kogarah and Oatley - helping to support you and the community.
PRICES: $12 each, 4 for $45, 10 for $100.
Masks come in two sizes - Ladies & Men sizes, single colour grey outer
Funds raised from this project will be used to support “Lions Mobility Foundation” helping to give a child “Mobility & Independence”
When and Where to Purchase:
We plan to sell face to face on Sat 29th Aug and Sat 5th Sept from 9.00 am til 12 noon at Frederick St AND Mulga Road, Oatley (Oatley Lions will also sell Christmas cakes) and Penshurst St Penshurst (Kogarah Lions).
You may wish to purchase online and we will post the masks to you.
Please select the number of masks you wish to purchase and how many Mens or Ladies sizes. You will be prompted to provide your Mailing Address. A postage fee of $2 will be added. You should receive your masks within a week. Please contact info@oatleylions.org.au if you have any problems.
The face masks have been made to NSW Health Guidelines with a triple layer: one outer polyester layer and two cotton inner liners (per this guideline)
Each mask comes in a sealed plastic bag with user instructions inside (see photos below)
How to wear a non-medical washable fabric facial mask:
Clean your hands before touching the mask
Inspect the mask and look for areas of damage or dirt
Adjust the mask so that it fits without leaving gaps on the sides
Cover your mouth, nose and chin
Avoid touching the mask
Clean your hands before removing the mask
Remove the mask by using the elastic straps behind the ears
Pull the mask away from your face
Store the mask in a resealable plastic bag if it is not dirty or wet & you plan to re-use it
Remove the mask by the straps when taking it out of the bag
Wash the mask in soap or detergent in water temperature that is fabric tolerant (as hot as possible) at least once a day
Clean your hands after removing the mask
This mask has been to made to NSW Health Guidelines with a polyester outer layer
Note: A fabric mask can protect others around you. To protect yourself and prevent spread of COVID-19 remember to keep at least 1.5m distance from others, clean your hands thoroughly and avoid touching your mask .
